Standards for Tuition Refund
Possible cases for tuition refund
- A.If, in accordance with legislation, a student cannot enroll(including returning and transferring)or continue studying
- B.A student who has been accepted to the university has expressed his/her desire not to enroll
- C.Current student has expressed his/her desire to leave school
- D.A student on a leave of absence has been expelled for having failed to return to the university
- E.Due to illness, death, natural disaster,and/or other compelling reasons, a student has failed to enroll or continue studying

The date to determine a refund
- A. Current student who has paid the tuition fee for the semester chooses to leave university: the date on which the student leaves university
- B. A student who has paid the tuition fee and took a leave of absence and chooses to leave without returning to university : the date on which the student left school (within the semester that the student paid his/her tuition fee)
- C. A student who has paid the tuition fee and took a leave of absence, returns in a subsequent semester and then decides to leave university : the later date out of the two -the day the student took a leave of absence and the day that the student left school (within the semester that the student paid his/her tuition fee)
- D. A student who has paid the tuition fee and took a leave of absence but is expelled for not returning to university: the later date out of the two -the day the student took a leave of absence and the day that the student left school (within the semester that the student paid his/her tuition fee).
- E. A student who fits into all three above and who has leave of absence left after repeatedly taking leave and returning to university : the later date out of the two –the day the student took leave of absence and the day that the student left school (within the semester with the highest attendance)
