About KNU Global Summer School

KNU Global Summer School offers an excellent opportunity for international students to immerse in Korean culture with intensive 3-week program(from 26 June to 14 July) led by distinguished scholars. KNU Global Summer School also offers abundant cultural activities for experiencing and immersing in Korean culture and society.

Courses

All lectures are delivered in English, held from Monday to Friday and Korean Language course is included in the program for international students. International students will take classes with Korean Students. (3 credits)

Program Fee

· Tuition : USD300(Waived for students from partner universities)

· Registration : USD50

· Housing Fee : USD350

· Cultural Activities Fee : USD700

TOTAL : USD1400

Field Trips

Field-trips to Andong(Hahoe Village), Gyeongju(Bulguksa Temple) will be organized by host institution(KNU) upon request. (No extra charge)

Students will also have the opportunity to visit Korean based companies such as Hyundai Motors.

KNU Buddies

Personal buddy will be offered for each of your students as a guide to KNU and Korean Culture.

How to Apply

-All applicants are required to complete an on-line application at the KNU web site (http://en.knu.ac.kr/admission/summer01.htm) by May 12 2017.

-KNU will issue a Letter of Acceptance and Invoice, which will be e-mailed to each applicant.
